Welcome to ID Customs SportsWear! By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to the following terms, so please read them carefully.

We can change or stop products and services at any time.
4. Returns & Billing

5. Content & Tools

You may see links or tools from third-party sites. We're not responsible for those sites.

Any feedback or ideas you submit to us can be used freely by ID Customs SportsWear.

We do our best to keep info accurate, but we can't guarantee it's always up-to-date or error-free.

8. Things You Can’t Do

9. Liability & Warranties

12. No Refunds
Custom Shirt Order Policy – Please Read Carefully
Due to the fully customized nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Each shirt is handmade from scratch—this includes design, fabric cutting, printing, sewing, and the application of personalized elements such as names, numbers, and logos.
By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:
No Refunds
Once payment (full or partial) is made, no refunds will be issued. Each item is custom-made specifically for you or your team and cannot be resold.
Custom Design Time
All mock-up designs take approximately 1–2 hours. Design time is billed at $50 per hour, rounded up.

For example: If the design takes 1 hour and 10 minutes, you will be charged for 2 hours.

A grace period of up to 3 minutes is allowed.

For group orders involving multiple teams, each team's design time will be billed separately.

If the design extends into a third hour, you will not be charged for that third hour.
Logos & Revisions
If you request unique logos for each shirt, each logo will be charged separately.

If you are printing with us: $50 per logo

If you are only purchasing the logo design to use elsewhere: $300 per logo
Each logo includes up to three revisions. After the third revision, any additional changes will be billed at $25 per change, regardless of size.
Payments & Deadlines
For large orders placed with a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid upon completion.

Late payments may result in the removal of any applied discounts, and full pricing will be charged.

You will be notified when your order is ready via phone, text, or WhatsApp.

If there is no response within 5 to 10 business days, we reserve the right to take further action.
Handcrafted Process
Every shirt is made by hand—not pre-purchased or mass-produced—ensuring high quality and full customization. We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout the production process.
By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.
13.Custom Orders 1 to 50 to 100 to 200 and more
For Large Orders
  Time for Orders Over 50 Shirts:** Â
For orders exceeding 50 shirts, the delivery timeframe extends from 15 working days to 35 working days. Please note that this countdown begins only after you have approved the design and provided all necessary information, such as logos, names, and numbers.

1. *Information Requirements:*Â Ensure that all details are clear and finalized. If you request any additional logos, names, or changes after the initial approval, the delivery countdown will reset to zero.
2. *Order Processing:* We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible; however, please keep in mind that you are not our only client. Each order is important to us, and we prioritize all orders fairly.
3. *Responsibility for Delays:* If you do not provide the required information or approve the design, this may delay your order. We cannot prioritize new clients or move forward until we have the necessary approvals from you.
4. *Communication*- Please stay in touch and provide the needed information promptly to help us serve you better.
Orders of 100-200 shirts may take slightly longer than smaller orders due to the significant volume and the handmade nature of the production. We prioritize all orders fairly and will not rush your order ahead of others. Please understand that each shirt is handcrafted and not sourced from existing inventory, so the production time is longer than pre-made items. We appreciate your patience.
13. Changes

We may update our Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes.
