Custom Shirt Order Policy – Please Read Carefully

Due to the fully customized nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Each shirt is handmade from scratch, which includes design, fabric cutting, printing, sewing, and the application of personalized elements such as names, numbers, and logos.

When placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

  1. No Refunds: Once payment (full or partial) is made, no refunds will be issued. Each item is custom-made specifically for you or your team and cannot be resold.

  2. Custom Design Time: All mock-up designs take 1–2 hours. Design time is billed at $50 per hour, rounded up. For example, if the design takes 1 hour and 10 minutes, the charge is for 2 hours.. Group orders with multiple teams will be billed separately for each team's design time.

  3. Payments & Deadlines: If a large order is placed with a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid upon completion. Late payments may result in the removal of any applied discounts and full pricing will apply. We will notify you when your order is ready via phone, text, or WhatsApp. If there is no response within 5 to 10 business days, further action may be taken.

  4. Handcrafted Process: Every shirt is made by hand – not pre-purchased – ensuring high quality and full customization. We ask for your patience and understanding during this process.

No Refunds
Once payment (full or partial) is made, no refunds will be issued. Each item is custom-made specifically for you or your team and cannot be resold.

Custom Design Time
All mock-up designs take approximately 1–2 hours. Design time is billed at $50 per hour, rounded up.

  • For example: If the design takes 1 hour and 10 minutes, you will be charged for 2 hours.

  • A grace period of up to 3 minutes is allowed.

  • For group orders involving multiple teams, each team's design time will be billed separately.

  • If the design extends into a third hour, you will not be charged for that third hour.

Logos & Revisions
If you request unique logos for each shirt, each logo will be charged separately.

  • If you are printing with us: $50 per logo

  • If you are only purchasing the logo design to use elsewhere: $300 per logo

Each logo includes up to three revisions. After the third revision, any additional changes will be billed at $25 per change, regardless of size.

Payments & Deadlines
For large orders placed with a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid upon completion.

  • Late payments may result in the removal of any applied discounts, and full pricing will be charged.

  • You will be notified when your order is ready via phone, text, or WhatsApp.

  • If there is no response within 5 to 10 business days, we reserve the right to take further action.

Every shirt is made by hand—not pre-purchased or mass-produced—ensuring high quality and full customization. We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout the production process.

Missed Payment Penalty

If payment is not received by the agreed deadline, the following charges will apply:

  • A $100 mock-up design fee (based on 2 hours of design time)

  • A $50 logo fee

  • The full, non-discounted price of each shirt

All previously applied discounts will be removed and that's for each shirt.

Clarification Regarding Orders and Communication

Please note that the person who placed the order is considered the main point of contact. All details, clarifications, and communications will be handled directly with this individual to avoid any misunderstandings. We are not responsible for any internal issues or miscommunication within your team or teams.

The estimated delivery times are clearly stated on our website (www.idcustomssportswear.com), and while we aim to exceed expectations, we are not liable for delays caused by other companies or circumstances outside of our control.

Please keep in mind that any information shared via phone or text is not considered 100% guaranteed, as unforeseen changes can occur. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, and as communicated through all available channels, our goal is always to deliver your order as promptly as possible.
