How long will my order take to receive?

ID Customs™ brand jerseys are sent directly to production and can take 7-15 business days for you to receive your order. Please note that all custom orders require additional lead time to accommodate the design process, which is influenced by two major factors:

  1. Complexity of Your Design: Semi-custom team orders are recommended for the fastest turnaround.

  2. Responsiveness: Prompt responses to our communications regarding questions and proofs can help minimize time in the design phase.

The production time after your order form and final art approval have been submitted can range from 7-15 business days, depending on the size of your order.

Order Delivery Time for Bulk Purchases

If you order more than 50 shirts, please note that the delivery time will vary from 15 to 35 business days. This timeframe does not include Saturdays , Sundays or Holidays.

Important Notice Regarding Shirt Design and Payment Process

  1. Payment Requirement: The mock-up process will commence only after we receive the agreed payment. No design or shirt production will take place until payment is confirmed.

  2. Timeline: Please note that the specified timeline for delivery starts only after the design has been approved. The time invested in creating the mock-up or initial design is not included in this timeline.

  3. Design Changes: If you request any changes after the design has been approved and production has started, a new timeline will be set from scratch. We cannot accommodate changes once the printing process has begun.

  4. Spelling and Information Accuracy: We are not responsible for any misspellings or inaccuracies in the information provided after the design has been approved.

  5. Payment Methods: All payments must be completed in full before any work begins. You may pay via various methods, including:

    • Credit Card
    • PayPal
    • Zelle
    • Cash App
    • In-person Cash
    • Other methods (please inquire)

  6. Design Approval: Upon receiving the initial payment (or half of the total agreed price), we will begin working on your design. Once you approve the design, each agreed shirt will then be produced. Final delivery will occur only after the full payment has been received.

By making a payment or deposit, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms outlined above.

To initiate an order of more than 50 shirts, a 50% deposit is required upon placement of the order. The remaining balance will be due upon delivery of the shirts. Delivery will not occur until full payment is received.

For Large Orders

    Time for Orders Over 50 Shirts:**  
For orders exceeding 50 shirts, the delivery timeframe extends from 15 working days to 35 working days. Please note that this countdown begins only after you have approved the design and provided all necessary information, such as logos, names, and numbers.

*Important Considerations:*  
1. *Information Requirements:* Ensure that all details are clear and finalized. If you request any additional logos, names, or changes after the initial approval, the delivery countdown will reset to zero.

2. *Order Processing:* We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible; however, please keep in mind that you are not our only client. Each order is important to us, and we prioritize all orders fairly.

3. *Responsibility for Delays:* If you do not provide the required information or approve the design, this may delay your order. We cannot prioritize new clients or move forward until we have the necessary approvals from you.

4. *Communication*- Please stay in touch and provide the needed information promptly to help us serve you better.

Orders of 100-200 shirts may take slightly longer than smaller orders due to the significant volume and the handmade nature of the production. We prioritize all orders fairly and will not rush your order ahead of others. Please understand that each shirt is handcrafted and not sourced from existing inventory, so the production time is longer than pre-made items. We appreciate your patience.
